Generally a window clean includes cleaning the glass inside and out as well as cleaning the flyscreens. Unless specifically requested it does not include the following:
Window cleaning and pressure washing are not restoration services. Some glass stains are permanent and can not be removed as the glass may be etched from long term hard water and salt stains. To prevent this damage your windows should be cleaned regularly. If your paint is peeling or worn, pressure washing may cause further damage. In this case you would be better off contacting a painter to clean and prepare the surfaces before repainting.
